Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as Chief Executive Officer, effective 24 August 2026. He will lead the company’s next phase of growth, focusing on business expansion, operational performance, institutional strengthening and long-term value creation.
Parandekar brings more than three decades of experience across real estate, investment and strategic leadership. Before joining Kolte-Patil, he was Senior Partner at Alpha Alternatives, where he led strategic partnerships and real estate investments. He has also held leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, Karvy Group, Ambit Holdings and Sugee Group.
The appointment comes as Kolte-Patil strengthens its leadership following Blackstone’s acquisition of a 40% stake in the company. With an expanding portfolio across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru, Parandekar is expected to focus on disciplined execution, scalable growth and stronger operational performance.
