ISEE Papers is a knowledge and industry information platform dedicated to the vertical transportation ecosystem. As part of our effort to keep professionals informed about important developments across the industry, we invite organisations, associations, institutions, and companies to submit relevant event details for editorial consideration.
Industry events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, technical forums, webinars, training programs, exhibitions, and knowledge-led gatherings may be submitted for listing on the ISEE Papers platform.
All submissions are reviewed by the editorial team before publication. Publication is subject to relevance, completeness, accuracy, and editorial discretion.
Types of Events You Can Submit
We welcome event submissions related to the elevator, escalator, and broader vertical transportation industry, including:

Events should offer genuine industry value, learning opportunities, networking relevance, or professional engagement. Purely promotional or unrelated submissions may not be accepted.

How to Submit
Event submissions are currently accepted manually via email.
Please send your event details in a Word document, PDF, or directly in the email body, along with any relevant event posters or supporting images as attachments.

Editorial Review
All submissions are reviewed by the ISEE Papers editorial team to assess relevance, clarity, and suitability for the platform.
As part of the review process, the editorial team may edit content for clarity, structure, formatting, and consistency with platform standards. We may also shorten descriptions, correct minor language issues, or request additional details where needed.
Submission of an event does not guarantee publication.
Important Guidelines
- All submitted information must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
- Event details should be submitted in clear, professional language.
- Submissions should not include misleading claims or excessive promotional language.
- The event must be relevant to the vertical transportation, elevator, escalator, accessibility, or related built environment sectors.
- You must have the right to share all submitted text, images, and event materials.
- ISEE Papers reserves the right to edit, reject, unpublish, or remove event listings at its discretion.
- If published event details later change, organisers are responsible for notifying ISEE Papers by email.
