1. Content & Originality

Submissions must be directly related to the elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation sector, including topics such as engineering, safety, innovation, regulatory developments, or project highlights.
No Pure Promotional Content
Pure sales pitches or marketing announcements will not be accepted. Submissions should focus on innovation, industry challenges solved, technical achievements, or broader industry impact.
Accuracy & Fact-Checking
All information must be verified before submission. This includes data, dates, specifications, and technical metrics such as speed (m/s), capacity, or system details.
2. Formatting Standards
Article Length
News and PR updates should be 300 to 800 words.
For longer case studies, white papers, or research publications, please contact the editorial team before submission.
Structure
Use clear headings such as H2 and H3 to organize content and improve readability.
Tone & Style
Maintain a professional, objective, and journalistic tone. Avoid marketing exaggeration and overly promotional language.
3. Media & Images
Image Quality
- Minimum size: 1200 × 630 pixels
- Minimum resolution: 72 DPI
- Preferred resolution: 300 DPI
Copyright Compliance

Cost Confirmation
After reviewing your submission, our editorial team will categorize the content and share the associated publication fee via email for approval.
Publication Timeline
All submissions are initially saved as Pending Review. Once payment is confirmed, approved articles are typically published within 48 to 72 hours.
5. Editorial Edits
The editorial team reserves the right to edit titles or body text for clarity, SEO optimization, and adherence to the ISEE Papers editorial style guide.
These edits will not alter the technical meaning or factual content of the submission.
6. Submission Format
Article Document
Share the article as a Google Doc with open access enabled.
Required setting: Anyone with the link can view
This allows our editorial team to review, edit, and format the article efficiently.
Supporting Material
Images and supporting files should be uploaded through the submission form or shared via a download link (Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox).
7. Backlinks & External Links
Editorial Links Only
Links within the article must be relevant, contextual, and informational, supporting the content such as references to research, standards, or technical sources.
Promotional Backlinks
Promotional or SEO driven backlinks to commercial pages may be treated as sponsored links and may require an additional fee.
Link Review
All external links are reviewed by the editorial team. We reserve the right to remove, modify, or apply “nofollow” attributes to links that appear promotional or irrelevant.
Link Limit
Articles should generally include no more than 2 to 3 external links unless approved by the editorial team.
