TK Elevator has inaugurated its West Region Training Centre in Navi Mumbai, expanding its focus on employee training, technical skills and continuous learning.

The development was shared by Devender Sharma, Regional Vice President at TK Elevator, in a LinkedIn post. According to Sharma, the centre is intended to strengthen employees’ technical expertise and practical capabilities, supporting the company’s emphasis on people development.

The facility was formally inaugurated by Ravikrishnan, identified in the announcement as the company’s CEO. Regional and branch team members attended the ceremony alongside senior leadership.

Sharma acknowledged the role of Rajesh Anegundi, Senior Vice President, in spearheading the capability-building initiative across India. Henry, Vice President of Health & Safety, also attended, highlighting the importance placed on safety within the company’s training culture.

Recognition for Trainers and Project Contributors

During the inauguration, the CEO presented awards to lead trainers and key contributors involved in establishing the facility. The recognition acknowledged their work in bringing the training centre into operation.

Sharma also credited the Training Centre Committee and supporting teams for their contribution to the project.

The ceremony was followed by a town hall, where leadership congratulated employees and shared updates on strategic developments across the business.

The new Navi Mumbai facility adds a dedicated training resource for TK Elevator’s West Region, with employee development, practical skills and safety forming the central themes of the announcement.
