She joins from Microsoft, where she led HR for the Cloud + AI, Security and MDQ businesses at its India Development Centre. Her earlier roles include HR and talent leadership positions at Thermax, TD SYNNEX and Honeywell.
Her career spans technology, engineering and manufacturing, with experience in organisational design, succession planning, leadership development and workforce transformation.
Dr. Rai holds a Fellow in Management qualification in Leadership Development from XLRI Jamshedpur.
